The sommelier
Since 2009, Disco Bar Zulú has been the life project of Manuel Vicente Salvador García. A passionate sommelier and reference in Castilla y León, he has spent over 15 years selecting wines that tell stories: of the land, the vineyard, the winemaker.
Over 100 wine references — with special attention to DO Toro and Zamora wineries — coexist with honest cooking: tapas, grilled dishes and flavours of La Lampreana.
